PetScout is a User Experience project geared towards searching for your perfect pet by combining matchmaking ability of dating sites and functionality of commerce sites (i.e. Autotrader).
Through user research, I discovered that the search process was a major pain point for users. Using that research, I created several personas to guide the project's strategy.
PetScout focuses on making the search process as simple or as detailed as the user wants, the ability to save search parameters and push new postings that match saved searches.
Point of Contact - Immunization Campaign
This project is a campaign for mitigating the risks of influenza transmission through heightened hygiene and also through encouraging higher rates of immunization.
Point of Contact - TV Spot
This project was a study into rebranding the corporate identity of the Canadian Public Health Association. It includes an extensive styleguide along with the redesigned logo and elements.
